  1. I have been taking care of my physical health for 2 years now and i feel great… physically. I recently started being aware about mental health and it plays a huge part in our daily lives. It’s not something to dismiss or brush off and i’m glad people are realizing the importance of it 🙂 Keep blogging 🙂
